Suite Ideas Console
Top Search Console: Search for a specific idea or record of ideas by doing a basic keyword search. Select a date range, or narrow the search by status, category, assignee, submitted by name or location. Results appear in the bottom right-hand table.
Left Column: Add a new idea, category, status or location. View details of all ideas and access saved search reports.
Right Column: View listing of ideas sorted by newest to oldest. Rank various ideas to determine the importance of each idea. Each idea is given a unique ID, with the first few lines visible. Additional key data includes category, date and cost. |

Individual Idea
Full details about a specific idea include the unique ID, suggested by name, date and location. You can set the priority level, type of suggestion, status, category, estimated and actual hours to complete the idea, rate per hour, cost and assignee. Easily page back and forth through ideas.
Communicate
Use the communication box on the right-hand side of the screen to write notes, send e-mail or instant message with those involved. These communications are saved in the Contact History.
Contact History
This handy log keeps a record of all communications you have had with a contact regarding the idea, including e-mails exchanged and instant message threads. |

Assignee
Listing of assignees involved in the various ideas. Edit the assignee, category or status details. |
