Suite Contact Console
Left Column: Search for or add new individual, organization or group contacts. You can also import contacts from this screen.
Right Column: View your contacts, sorted alphabetically by name. Get phone, e-mail and organization information at-a-glance. |

Individual Contact
Get complete details for your contacts. Simply click on the gray edit button to modify details. Contact information includes e-mail and street addresses, phone numbers, and group or organization designations.
Communicate
Use the communication box on the right-hand side of the screen to write notes, send e-mail or instant message your contact. These communications are saved in the Contact History.
Contact History
This handy log keeps a record of all communications you have had with a contact, including e-mails exchanged and instant message threads. |
